The firm is led by Mr Jay E. Zandell, CLTC, a recognized expert in long-term care planning. Mr. Zandell graduated from the University of Kansas and is the proud father of two children. Michael is a member of the National Assosication of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA). He has served on the Board of Directors and as the Chairman of the Federal / State Legislative Committee. He is an active member of the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU) and Arizona Political Involvement Committee (APIC). |

Michael takes his professional duties as a Long Term Care Specialist very serious. His determination to serve his clients in a professional manner is demonstrated by his belief in continuing education. Michael has earned the distinguished Life Underwriter Training Council Fellowship (LUTCF) designation, the Certified in Long Term Care (CLTC) designation as well as the newest designation offered through NAIFA, Financial Services Specialist (FSS). All three are symbols of dedication to his profession and the clients he serves. Sharing his knowledge and educating others about Long Term Care has allowed Michael and his staff to assist Arizona residents in indentifying and solving their L.T.C., retirement and estate planning needs. |
