Haven Senior Horizons has clinical evaluators available 24 hours per day, 7 days a week at no charge. Assessments are provided wherever the patient is located. The programs at Haven Senior Horizons are covered by Medicare and other health care plans.

Haven Senior Horizons Outpatient provides treatment for persons age 55 and older who are going through the struggles often associated with growing older such as: |

We provide group therapy each weekday from 9:00 AM to 11:45 AM. Patients initially attend 2 to 4 days per week, reducing days as they progress in treatment. Senior Horizons Outpatient is staffed by caring professionals, all helping our patients to achieve their treatment goals. |
